Step 1 of 5: Create a UserID and Password

*Choose a UserID: (The UserID serves as the 'name' of your personal profile that you will use to login to brarydog. Choose a unique UserID that no one else will have, and that will be easy for you to remember!). Do not use double quotes.
*Password: (You will use your password to change/delete your profile, make it easy to remember!) Do not use single or double quotes.
*Re-enter Password: (Re-enter your password to verify it.)
*5 Digit Zipcode: (If you forget your password, brarydog will prompt you for your zipcode, and then provide your password.)
*Greeting Name: (This is the name that brarydog uses to greet you on your personal pages, i.e., "Welcome Back Mr. Smith!".)
*Display Study Break? YesNo Brarydog's Study Breaks are fun games to play when you need a break from your research.
E-Mail address: (optional) (If you forget your UserID and password, brarydog can send them to your e-mail address.)
Please send me e-mail updates on new brarydog services and announcements.
OPTIONAL: Enter your brarydog membership or PLCMC Library card number below to gain access to all of brarydog's premium resources. There's no need to type in your card number every time you access a premium resource, brarydog remembers it for you!

If you don't have a card or number, you will have the option to purchase a premium membership in a few screens.
